Required for all new trade partners — Buyers and Sellers — before active trade begins.

Purpose

Why We Require This

Stratos Dynamics LLC is responsible for the integrity of every introduction we make. The elevators, crush plants, and Buyers in our network have trusted us with their business relationships. To protect that network — and every party in it — we require basic verification of all new trade partners before any active trade begins.

This is not a credit check. It is not a background investigation. It is the same standard a grain elevator applies before opening a new account: we need to know we are dealing with a real, operating U.S. business.

Eligibility

Who We Work With

Stratos Dynamics transacts exclusively with verified U.S. business entities in good standing, including:

  · Limited Liability Companies (LLCs)
  · Corporations (Inc. / Corp.)
  · Agricultural Partnerships
  · Grain Cooperatives

We do not transact with unregistered individuals or any entity that cannot produce the documents listed below.

Required Documents

Onboarding Checklist

All of the following must be received and confirmed before a Purchase Order is issued.

IRS Form W-9

Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification. Confirms your business EIN and legal entity type. A current, signed W-9 is required.

State Business Registration

A copy of your Secretary of State business filing showing your registered business name, state of organization, and active/good-standing status.

Accepted: Articles of Organization · Articles of Incorporation · Certificate of Good Standing
