Weight & Quality Verification
01.Settlement weight is the certified Origin Scale Ticket weight. Destination weights are for Buyer's records only and do not alter settlement.
02.Each load ships with: (a) the origin scale ticket, (b) a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from a certified laboratory, and (c) a Bill of Lading.
03.Grade disputes must be raised within 48 hours of loading, supported by an independent, USDA-licensed grain inspector, per Terms of Trade Section 03.
Section F
Incorporated Terms
This Purchase Order is issued under, and incorporates by reference, the following agreements on file between the parties and Stratos Dynamics LLC:
•Terms of Trade (SD-DOC-01), including FOB Origin, Force Majeure, and Limitation of Liability provisions.
•Brokerage & Non-Circumvention Agreement (SD-DOC-02), including the 12-month non-circumvention period.
•The NGFA Trade Rules in effect on the date of this Purchase Order, and the NGFA Arbitration Rules for resolution of any dispute, per Terms of Trade Section 07.
Where a term stated explicitly in this Purchase Order conflicts with the Terms of Trade, this Purchase Order governs for this transaction only. All other terms of the Terms of Trade and the Non-Circumvention Agreement remain in full force.
