01.This Soft Corporate Offer is non-binding until a formal Purchase Order is executed and signed by both parties.
02.This offer is confidential. Receipt of this SCO constitutes acceptance of the Stratos Dynamics Brokerage & Non-Circumvention Agreement (SD-DOC-02), available in full at stratosdynamics.org/legal/ncnda.html, whether or not a separately signed copy is on file. If the recipient does not agree to those terms, they must notify Stratos Dynamics immediately and take no further action on this offer.
03.Stratos Dynamics LLC acts as the introducing broker on this transaction. Supplier identity is disclosed upon confirmation of the Non-Circumvention Agreement and receipt of a verified IRS Form W-9.
04.All pricing is in U.S. Dollars (USD). Final invoice is based on the certified Origin Scale Ticket weight at point of loading. The applicable brokerage fee is stated in Section B above.
05.Any resulting transaction is made subject to the NGFA Trade Rules, and to the NGFA Arbitration Rules for resolution of any dispute, together with the Stratos Dynamics Terms of Trade (SD-DOC-01).
06.This SCO expires 48 hours from the date of issue. Contact trade@stratosdynamics.org to extend.
