We are responsible for the quality of our network, not just the product in it, but the people transacting with it. Before we introduce a Buyer to a Seller or a Seller to a Buyer, we confirm that we're working with a legitimate, operating U.S. business. This is not a bureaucratic hurdle. It's the same standard any grain elevator would apply before opening an account.
Stratos Dynamics transacts exclusively with registered U.S. business entities in good standing, including:
We do not transact with unregistered individuals, sole proprietors operating without a business entity, or any party that cannot produce the documents listed below.
Request for Taxpayer Identification Number. This is a standard IRS form confirming your business EIN and entity type. Required for all transactions before a purchase order is issued.
A copy of your Articles of Organization, Articles of Incorporation, or equivalent state filing showing your business name, state of registration, and active status. A current Certificate of Good Standing is accepted in lieu of the original filing.
A named contact within the business with a verifiable business email address and direct phone number. This person will be the signatory on the purchase order.
The Sellers and origin points in our network have trusted us with their product. We owe it to them to ensure that every Buyer we introduce is a real, operating business capable of completing the transaction. This verification is how we maintain the integrity of that trust.
Before onboarding, Stratos Dynamics screens the business entity and its named contacts against the U.S. Treasury OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list and other applicable restricted-party lists. We do not transact with any entity or individual appearing on a U.S. government sanctions or denied-party list, and we will not proceed with a trade relationship where screening cannot be completed.
Stratos Dynamics reserves the right to decline or discontinue any trade relationship at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. This is not a background check or credit inquiry, it is a baseline business and sanctions verification.
Governing Law. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any related dispute is resolved by binding arbitration on the terms set out in the Terms of Trade (SD-DOC-01, Section 07), which adopt the NGFA Arbitration Rules by agreement of the parties.
Entire Agreement. This policy, together with the Terms of Trade (SD-DOC-01) and the Brokerage & Non-Circumvention Agreement (SD-DOC-02), governs onboarding for all new trade partners.
